OSHA Construction industry standard for asbestos-  Applies to employers of areas where asbestos could be disturbed during construction.

AHERA-  The Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act. The Environmental Protection Agencies regulation requiring public and private schools K-12 to inspect for and manage asbestos materials in buildings.
